The Managing Partner in the Firm, Puan Azmahanim has close to 10 years practicing experience having graduated from Mara University of Technology with an LLB (Hons) in 2007 and called to the Bar in 2008.
 
Puan Azmahanim has a distinctive experience as a litigation lawyer, conveyancing lawyer, consultant and tax advisor, of which she was extensively exposed to these areas of practice since her first year of practice. She has wide experience in the areas of drafting, advising and preparation of commercial, corporate, banking and conveyancing documentation. She also handles Probate & Administration issues and applications. Additionally, she was also actively involved in handling medical negligence, insurance and banking cases, having being tasked to handle such briefs during her stints at Messrs PS Ranjan & Co. and Messrs Satish Alli & Associates respectively. 
 
Puan Azmahanim currently heads the Corporate & Conveyancing Department, ranging from individual clientele to housing development companies. Her wealth of experience in corporate advisory, tax advisory, conveyancing matters and financial / commercial documentation now gives our clients a value-added edge when seeking practical, market-driven solutions to their legal challenges.
